VCD Waterpoint Neighborhood Detail Planning

IDEAS GROUP has been leading the Landscape Architecture Alliance Planning Team (LAA) to complete a Detailed Planning for a 20ha-VCD Waterpoint residence area.

The concept is to create a vibrant, healthy and sustainable community which gives strong identity with grassroot from regional ecology and cultural value. The planning vision focuses on exploring and creating a strong neighborhood identity with implementing tools like appropriate public integrated open space system enableing a variety community activities, healthy and stable life and friendly movement. The model also emphases water-based town identity of the neigborhoods.
